Why ZAPB exists
ZAPB was born from a simple idea: sometimes you just need someone standing right beside you. As an entrepreneur or freelancer, that can be someone who gets your administration in order or thinks along about your next step. For an organisation, it can be someone who temporarily leads a project, brings structure, or helps when a collaboration is no longer running smoothly. And sometimes you're the employee who's stuck in a work situation and needs an independent, confidential conversation.
In all these situations it comes down to the same thing: listening, creating overview and looking at how to move forward. That's why ZAPB offers several services under one roof, not because we want to offer as much as possible, but because in practice these topics are often connected.

Sometimes coaching is the right step, sometimes a good conversation helps, and sometimes mediation is the best route.
